RESERVATION POLICY:
Reservation by phone or email is necessary. Please book well in advance to secure your course. Registration is sometimes possible on short notice without a reservation; please contact us to determine if vacancies are available. A 50% deposit is required to make a reservation for any activity. Recognized agencies may request invoicing with a 30 day net. To confirm, full payment must be received 30 days in advance
of activity; deposit will be lost in the event cancellation is less than 30 days prior to reservation date. There is NO REFUND - CREDIT ONLY for any cancellation made less than 30 days before the course date. There is a 25% cancellation fee for any cancellation made 30 days or more before the course date. Upon
receiving your deposit, we will confirm your reservation by sending you an information package including a map and detailed information. WE ACCEPT: Visa or MasterCard by phone, or cheque or money order if received within 5 business days of course date.
